Khan & Queen's Creamery is the product of two worlds: the ancient, nomadic dairy traditions of Mongolia and the vibrant, modern food culture of San Francisco. Our mission is to share a lineage of wild flavors and rich quality, handcrafted in every small batch.

Our Story

Khan & Queen’s Creamery was born from a simple idea: to share the flavors and stories of Mongolia through something everyone loves, ice cream.

Growing up among the rich dairy traditions of Mongolia, I was surrounded by the taste of warm milk tea (suutei tsai) with a hint of salt, sun-dried curds (aaruul), and wild fruits that thrived in the vast steppe. After traveling around the world, I realized how little of that culture was known or represented. Today, I’m proud to call San Francisco my home: a city that celebrates creativity and diversity. Here, I began creating ice cream that bridges both worlds, blending the richness of Mongolian dairy heritage with the spirit of the Bay Area.

Each flavor tells a story of heritage, resilience, and warmth. Every scoop is made with care, using real ingredients, and crafted to spark curiosity. Now, I invite you to taste the flavors I’ve created and experience a piece of Mongolia for yourself.
